Why we do it
The New Zealand insurance broking industry has been dominated by consolidation and cost saving strategies being implemented, to squeeze as much shareholder return for global parent(s). We understand the importance of contributing to a global share price but not when the strategies are not in the best interests of clients.
Grouping clients into facilities with no regard for their unique risk exposures, taking contingent commissions and procuring cheap offshore labour is not something we believe adds value.
Instead we value trust, transparency and the benefits to all parties of a long-term and sustainable relationship. In fact this is one of our central objectives, whereby every single one of our customers are valued and treated as such – you will never feel like a number.
We selectively employ risk advisors & brokers who are well experienced in handling any matter in a prompt and professional manner. The partners retain oversight over all client relationships to ultimately ensure a high level of service standard.
