Gemma has been in the insurance industry for over seven years and has experience in managing the insurance broking and service requirements for both private and commercial customers. Gemma also manages the operational aspects of Long Burroughs, assisting the Partners with projects and workflows.

Outside of the office, Gemma is a passionate advocate for female cricket, currently representing Parnell Cricket Club both as a player on the field, and as a member of the board.
