Nick Hales

Nick joined the Long Burroughs team in 2025. With over 46 years of experience in the insurance industry, he brings extensive expertise across both underwriting and broking positions.

Prior to joining Long Burroughs, Nick spent 32 years with Gallaghers, formerly known as Crombie Lockwood. During his tenure, he served as Auckland Branch Manager for many years and was also a founding staff member of Crombie Lockwood's Auckland branch.

Nick's extensive industry experience allows him to provide practical insurance advice and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
